Also a small nota bene:
Aforementioned Ultimate Vault Hunter Pack 2.includes 11 additional levels as well as 8 additional difficulties, so it's strongly recommended. To the level I can't play with anyone who doesn't own it on level 62 onwards in Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode as all monsters scale to the highest level in the party.
