No Man's Sky is on the front page for $57.59, no discount. I think they should not put games on that page that are not discounted if they're promoting a massive sale.

During the summer sale you can earn XP to unlock free games. One of the badges to earn XP requires you to "check in" on the page on 5 different days during the sale. Just thought you might like to know.

Just thought you might like to know. I already unlocked Spelunky through collecting the badges and buying a few deep-discount games (filled out my Lucas Arts collection. lol).

I need to regather my thoughts and go over these packs again because it's starting to get hard to keep track of. My wishlist so far... And of course I also had my eye on: Banished - 4.99 So that makes a grand total so far of USD 56.43, equalling to about GBP 39.58.

I have Banished and its... ok, I guess. There's no real goal, and no progression, so it stagnates after a few hours (at least for me). But, I picked it up super cheap, so no big loss.

Well it's one guy who made the whole thing. It might be worth to have a look just for the inspirational motivation.

I did it! I bought some stuff.
My GOG collection has been extended considerably with the Tomb Raider pack, the Best of Bullfrog pack, the Quest for Kings and Glory pack and the Classic Anno Series pack. Plus I got some freebies from GOG. A season pass for Dreamfall Chapters, whatever that means, Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers 20th somethin somethin, which I'll probably never play, and Spelunky, which was the "cheapest" freeby but might turn out to be the most interesting for me.
Now all I need is the Settlers Pack, which my lovely lady has promised me for my birthday.

I now have 46720 summer sale XP. That puts me in the 3339th spot on the leaderboard. How the guy in first place managed to get 1574230 XP is beyond me. Is that guy just buying all the packs and gifting them to everyone he knows or something?

Okay, I noticed that I didn't have anyone on my GOG friends list yet and I'm feeling kinda lonely. Who wants to be my GOG friend?

Now all I need is the Settlers Pack, which my lovely lady has promised me for my birthday. Good choices. Interesting that they really leaned heavy on the adventure games as freebies. No idea what Gabriel Knight was one of them though - it's a remastered classic, but would not have been my first pick (or top 10) to place as a reward. I agree that Spelunky is probably the best one, although I helped fund Dreamfall Chapters and look forward to playing it (eventually). I now have 46720 summer sale XP. That puts me in the 3339th spot on the leaderboard. How the guy in first place managed to get 1574230 XP is beyond me. Is that guy just buying all the packs and gifting them to everyone he knows or something? Somehow some people either find ways to game they system, have tons of expendable money, or they have no control or willpower when it comes to spending... or some mixture of the three. Okay, I noticed that I didn't have anyone on my GOG friends list yet and I'm feeling kinda lonely. Who wants to be my GOG friend? Awww. I'll be your friend, but be warned; I almost never interact with any friends on Steam - so don't expect much different on GoG. lol.
