The concept of an "all seeing eye" at a cosmic scale is a nice idea. The sky (stars) in the background wouldn't really work though and neither does the text. I would like to stress that we're talking about a logo here, not a forum banner. For example, this is the ProBoards logo...  This can also be seen in the browser tabs, like so...  |

I've been busy with life things lately - house a/c died, yearly review at work, etc. etc. - so I haven't had the headspace to really apply myself to this until today. So, here's a rough concept that would obviously need some further design adjusting and simplifying;  I'll have to break out my Wacom tablet, fire up Photoshop and play with it a bit more, then pulling it into Illustrator when we get close to a finalized concept. |

We are still working on getting ideas for this? That GG just makes me think of "Good Game" which is not but and all, but the whole thing looks somewhat bland.
How does everyone feel about the idea of changing our color scheme too? I was thinking of a more majestic color like a deep purple.

I am more of a green guy myself. I kind of like the picture about with the hand. Maybe a hand under the world rather then the GG?

The GG is really just a stopgap measure. I needed something quickly to put up as a logo. There is no need for it to be present in the eventual logo.
