i am sure i'll find something interesting! is there a way to set email alerts for new posts? If you go into your own profile and then select to edit it you should find a notifications tab. There is also a notifications tab when you don't edit your profile but that just shows you which notifications you have, for the settings of them you must be in edit mode. There are all kinds of notification settings there. I myself receive emails for lots of types of notifications. I'm not sure if there is a setting for new posts in particular though meaning that you would receive an email every time someone writes a post somewhere on the forum. EDIT: I just checked, there is a new post notification, but I'm not sure what the result of it would be. |
