Are you referring to a Pebble Beach in the Adriatic, or Pebble Beach, CA? Because the latter is one of the more picturesque places on the planet! LA really can't compete, beach-wise.

Of course, in my highly subjective opinion, any beach in CA from about Morro Bay on up to Fort Bragg trumps anything you'll find in and around Los Angeles.

I was referring to where we are at right now. We are in Podstrana Croatia. We stayed about 30 meters off the beach since April but last week had to downsize to a few more meters and now behind a building off the beach. The mixture of cliffs and Adriatic Sea is amazing. I have traveled a fair bit and been lucky enough to have been to Acapulco, Newport Beach CA( and areas all around, my brother lives there), Cancun, Aruba and Jamaica and I think this is one of the prettiest and most exotic and breathe taking locales I have ever been at.
