Why have 22cans not released an official statement about godus, peter and Jack abandoning godus for the trail and resources being stripped from godus for the trail? How long does it take for you to write a short message about events that happened a month ago?
This thread started 3 December (http://steamcommunity.com/app/232810/discussions/0/624076027925636492/) How is it that you can not release an official response in this time?
I have a message for 22Cans and Peter Molyneux - it's time to come out of hiding (like a child) and explain your actions. Where is the poo Peter Molyneux? You are accountable to your kickstarter backers and you are required by kickstarter rules to update them on your progress to delivering godus and how resources are spent. Come to this forum (or your own spam dominated one) front up and explain what is going on.
This is not directed at Moo. Moo please keep doing what you are doing but I also want peter to be accountable for his decisions. He still has debts to this community that he needs to honour.

It is indeed weird that there hasn't been an official statement. Well, weird in the normal world, but perhaps not so much in the 22cans universe.

22cans' greatest success is creating the bureaucracy of a massive corporation within the confines of a small business.

It is indeed weird that there hasn't been an official statement. Well, weird in the normal world, but perhaps not so much in the 22cans universe. It's the version of putting your hands over your eyes and pretending nobody can see you. If he announces what he has already done it becomes real and the people he cares about (the media hype machine) might judge him for it. If he pretends it hasn't happened "officially" then he can still make out like he intends to deliver on all his bullshit while making no attempt to do so. It's peverse behaviour and not befitting of someone proportedly running an legitimate game development enterprise. It also has the effect of making everyone else at 22cans jobs harder.

How long does it take for you to write a short message about events that happened a month ago? Peter is pretty focus on The Trail right now and trying to get a response will be quite challenging... All the design choices have now being handed over to FuriousMoo and we're currently working on the single player experience and I'll have more new to share about this over the next couple of weeks. In the meantime, I must return to the world of reports.

THIS is the type of stuff I read that truly peeves me off to no end.

So his focus isn't on Godus, does anyone try to point out to him how bad this makes 22cans look, for all intents and purposes Peter has abandoned Godus before it is complete and moved on.
I'm sure he didn't do that with curiousity and godus. 22cans are always stating they are a small team, how does it have capacity for a whole new game?

This here is the big question these days though isn't it. Time and time again we've had 22Conners come on the message boards and say they are unable to split their attention between PC and mobile and run both at the same time because they don't have enough manpower. Yet here they are dong exactly just that but with a whole new "game". An actual statement needs to be made about this. What I do know is every single promise and reward that was made had better be delivered or I WILL be seeing 22Cans and/or Peter Molyneux in a small claims court in the distant future.

THIS is the type of stuff I read that truly peeves me off to no end. Well this isn't exactly true. I had a meeting with Peter this week discussing my plans for future updates, I presenting my design for the first upcoming feature (don't ask yet) to him on Friday and the design for combat the week after. So it would be inaccurate to say he has washed his hands of Godus, he's just not leading the design anymore.

It really sounds like he is doing bare minimum on it to appease KS legalities and sorry, if he is soooooo wrapped in his new game he can't take a half hour to explain this on a video to his BACKERS that made it is all possible, then I call BS. He owes us that and much more since he is now handing off Godus to you. He owes us an apology and an explanation and then he can slink off into the night.

One thing is for certain. When this all comes out in the wash, it would make an intriguing case study for my husband's students.

You as a community manager like your predecessors seem to have to write a lot of reports for internal purposes, so why are there no reports for the community of backers and early access players regarding important events?

Child like behaviour in adults? Strategies of alienating previously hardcore fans? Poor communication techniques and how they manifest within and outside organisations? Cults of personality? Psychopathy? Blaming everybody but yourself? Why some software developers really need a publisher?

I'd love to see some research into whether Jack can work on anything independent of Peter. I really do think Jack is Peter's pet. If pets ever make in into godus (this was a kickstarter promise right?), can we please have a Jack pet too?

Whether they are actually studying their course material or their classmates back sides is up for debate, but my husband teaches and directs in a MBA program, business ethics is a favoured topic.
