Question should be self explanatory. If you haven't tried opening GODUS give it a try and check the result. Please complete the poll either way so we can get an accurate sample. Ba'al will send everyone who completes it a lollypop.

You are in luck. I have not gotten around to deleting the game yet. I find it funny that the loading screen has stuff that is no longer in the game. I know paths were remove, are sheep in the game and I just have not made it far enough to see them?

Ok i figured out what my issue is. Basically avg was blocking GODUS from phoning home and I needed to allow it through the firewall. I feel like a Noob now. 22cans I do suggest you develop better error handling for this. Thanks.

I did finally get around to trying out the new story stuff a little while ago, and it runs fine.
I also found that they've added keyboard shortcuts for powers / settlements, which is nice (although it doesn't seem like you can actually select which one, but it's a start) and finally multi-layer sculpting is something you actually turn on manually. Hooray for small improvements!

I can't remember when I last loaded up godus. I've been thinking about giving it a try again lately but I think it'd be best to wait until FuriousMoo launches a new version. On another note, all the lollypops have been sent out to the rightful recipients. If you haven't received yours by three weeks from now, please feel free to send a complaint to pmolyneux@22cans.com with all the details.

Godus never worked for me. Can't say if it loads, because didn't start it for months.

There have been times, over the last two weekends, where the mobile backend appears to be missing for half an hour at a time. Not had any connection issues on the PC side but I've nothing left to do on that side currently so its more a load it up and see if we have anything new (or broken) every day or two so I could have missed a PC side outage.

If I wanted to pull single layers I just zoomed in and grabbed one. Now I have to select a card for multilayer it feel even more clunky.

I hope that in waiting for combat (Moo's first real contribution) we don't end up with more disappointment. I have my fingers and toes crossed.

Me too, might be fun to do it together on a day off when we have some snacks and potions to numb the pain. Hey, anyone want plan on doing it at same time and discussing in the shout box while we do?

Well, you should expect by now that making things easier never seemed to be "in the plan". And if we dislike a feature? DOUBLE THAT FEATURE! It's the strangest feedback loop I've witnessed in any game design process. But that's just a typical day at 22Cans... I can't remember when I last loaded up godus. Hmmm, maybe over the weekend? As long as I know ahead of time, I can do it. Speaking of time, we'll need to know everyone's times-zone to coordinate; obviously, I think Lord Ba'al and Qetesh's zone be the main control zone. A new thread for it should be started for organizing it, too.

I will wait for him till I make the thread.

I guess I could do it on saturday or sunday afternoon. That would mean late in the morning to early afternoon USA time.

I would be willing to try it. Would let me see how much has changed since the last time I played.

I guess I could do it on saturday or sunday afternoon. That would mean late in the morning to early afternoon USA time. I could get up early for jam session if need be; I reside in USA Central (UTC-6), so mid-afternoon GMT London (2:30pm) would put me at 8:30am. That's early for me on a Saturday, but for this group I'll make an exception.

So, whenever is good for everyone able to play, I'll adjust my schedule accordingly.
