I sincerely doubt that they even realise what scrum is or how to efficiently carry out projects. I was sceptical when I first heard Peter talking about "iterative development". Now the term gives me shivers down my spine. It is a thing, and works quite well if properly managed and utilised by the correct team dynamic. 22Cans I think is a good example of it being applied by the wrong people to the wrong group as a whole. |

I'd imagine Molyneux wearing entirely too many hats previously at the Cannery was vastly detrimental to any sort of scrum process. If Fabs was at liberty to chime in, I'd imagine he'd have something to say about the "creative/management" side of things constantly interrupting a well developing scrum. Just a guess. |

I'm saying for the sanity and respect of backers/people here on the internet around 22cans project Godus(I don't even bother with mentioning the Trail thing), after the new changes with CEO, staff and stuff. That'll be fine and normal to learn what's happening by now as an update. I'm not sure 22cans gives a good representation as well, of what a respectable indie studio should be, making up the buzz we can see out there.
