Will you unlock the thread, then? Since doing both locking and moving doesn't make sense. Especially as the topic at hand is more of a matter of ignorance (due to weird-ass copyright system of scientific texts in the West, which should be freely distributed for the sake of humanity just like we in Russia do except for national secrets) rather than social differences.

For everyone's information, I'm planning on doing some forum reorganization over the course of the weekend. If you suddenly can't find a certain thread, it's not because it's deleted, it's because it's been moved elsewhere. I won't be sending messages about threads being moved so you'll find them when you do.
I have already started. I just moved all the threads from the Godus: Archive section back into the main Godus discussion area and will now be deleting the empty Archive section.

The Godus open board is not gone. It has been moved into the main Godus board.
The Universim open board is gone. It was not really being used. The 3 threads that were in it have been moved to the main Universim board.
Community events and Member forums have been moved into General Forum Stuff.
Kickstarter discussions has been moved into Other games.

I have removed the controversial corner from the board. I looked at it and kind of found it an eye sore. Three of the four threads in it have been deleted and one was moved to the main off topic section.

I have added some new custom profile fields. If you like, you can now add your GOG and Steam handles. For the Steam one, you can link to your Steam profile using BBcode url tags, those are the ones with the square brackets and the word url in between. I wish I could do the same for the GOG handle but apparently GOG accounts don't have profiles.

I decided to close down the Godus section.
I made a new group named "members who can view the Godus section" and placed every single member that was signed up before this time into that group. I had to go into everyone's profile one by one to do it so that took quite a bit of doing, but it's done now. From this point on, only the pre-existing members will be able to view the Godus part of the forum. New members will not be able to see it.
Since there is no discussion going on in regard to Godus and since the project is quite obviously dead and has been for a long time, I feel there is no need to keep the section open. All threads of that section have been closed to posting. They can only still be viewed and only if you were a member on the forum before today.
If you are a new member and you would like to get access to (view) the Godus section, please send me a private message and I'll see what I can do.
If you are one of the pre-existing members and you would prefer not to be able to see the Godus section, please drop me a line through private message as well and I shall have you removed from the group.
