Has anyone in the history of Godus been able to get a refund for this game, is the community service that bad, if you did, can you share the details because I think a lot of people would probably like to do the same, as myself, I just want to forget this game ever happend, and spend my money on a better game. Honestly they could have avoided much of the backlash if they just gave people refunds like the guy who made the "hardest game ever". Making anyone eligable to get refund regardless of time played or how long you own it. This will never be the game I want, I dislike it to its core, I do not want it anymore even if they by some miracle fix it up, if thats even possible.

The only people that can get refunds are those that play for less than 2 hours, and within a certain time frame, maybe a month? Steam don't give a fudge about anyone from what I can tell. If you paid via credit card, then you may be able to use the chargeback approach that avalanche used. Though if you are doing this to refund a payment made via the steam platform, you may run the risk of loosing your steam account, as steam class this as a form of theft (even though its not).

I'd classify their unwillingness to help us a form of theft.

Just applied for a refund. I hope I was clear enough in my motivations. No need to hang around when I can't even post on the Steam forums anymore...
