Regardless of what they say, i think it's pretty obvious you got banned for shouting, "the Emperor has no clothes!" Unfortunately their hired volunteer muscle "doesn't feed those wolves" and has convinced themselves otherwise. Case in point, the sad response earlier this day when they helplessly tried to blame a customer's problem on a recurring issue that windows 10 somehow brought on... when the user isn't even using that O/S. Top notch customer support. 10/10 for Effective Communication. 10/10 for Troubleshooting. 10/10 for Best Practices. 10/10 for Issue Resolution. 10/10 for Follow Up. See? I can starve those same wolves. Their tombstones read "Truth" and "Logic".

looking around the game I see I am finally able to submit a refund request directly through the steam account. we will see if an impassioned enough plea gets me a refund, I suspect i wont get it I mean sept 2013 and almost 90 hours on record. 72 or more of which was the client running in the background cause it didn't close right at the beginning, but hey maybe if everyone submits a refund request this month they will get the idea.
This game is still a scam run by liars and thieves. Looking at you PM, and all your thugs who like to censor people for simple questions like "does the world editor work?"

Don't forget to mention the fact that the store page had been revised twice, and is still not representative of the product being sold. List the inconsistencies in bullet points, and claim false advertising.

Also, the fact the game is free on mobile, which goes against Steam suggested pricing, about selling at different price points.
