The Kickstarter Fulfillment Report: An independent analysis by the University of Pennsylvania.*
"In March 2015, we invited a scholar from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania to help answer this question. Professor Ethan Mollick is an expert in entrepreneurship and innovation who developed an independent study surveying nearly 500,000 backers about project outcomes and backer sentiment. "9% of Kickstarter projects fail to deliver rewards“Project backers should expect a failure rate of around 1-in-10 projects, and to receive a refund 13% of the time."
*You can read Professor Mollick’s study in full here.

I am lucky then. I am well above this. I think I am between 70 - 80% mark myself.

Sorry the reward delivery. OH and I see i miss read. I though it was 9% delivery rate not 9% fail rate. ButI still feel I am better then that rate. I have never asked for a refund from any of the kickstarter.
