I have never in my life made an in-game purchase. It is likely that I won't make any either, at least for the foreseeable future. I don't like the idea of them. I pay for a game when I buy it and then it should be mine to play however many times as I see fit without needing any purchasable upgrades to do so.
What are your thoughts on in-game purchases? Have you ever bought any? What would it take for you to spend money on a game beyond the initial purchase of it?
