Since this is perhaps the sole remaining community for Godus (please let us know if you have unearthed any others since this writing), it would be reasonable to expect that this forum would get the attention of those who might be seeking employment at 22cans.

Games Tester
22cans is an independent games development studio based in Guildford, Surrey who are looking for a Games Tester to join their team.
If you love computer games and enjoy working through things in a methodical way, then this could be the job for you. Testing is a
vital part of producing a game and it would be your job to play our game many times to spot any bugs and mistakes that need to be
fixed before the game is launched.
This would be a great opportunity for the ideal candidate to start a career within the games industry!
Responsibilities:
You will be partly responsible to find and record programming faults (bugs) within the game.
Report on the games playability and recommend improvements.
Play the game in detail and in as many ways as possible, test different levels and versions of the game.
Check its performance against what the designer intended.
Try and work out what is causing a problem.
Try to recreate the problem, recording the steps you took, check accessibility options.
Check for spelling mistakes.
You will also work closely with programmers, artists and designers before a game is released, and with customer support teams after
it is on the market.
Requirements:
No formal qualifications are required although a high standard of education and common sense is essential.
Basic knowledge of programming would be an advantage.
Database experience would be useful although not essential as training will be given.
A passion for playing computer games and an ability to play at high levels.
Good written and spoken communication skills.
Good office computer skills.
An understanding of quality assurance processes.
The ability to work well as part of a team.
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

amazing fascination and flair for numbers and business models to join a highly creative team of developers.
The day-to-day responsibilities will include analysing live game data and comparing it to models, targets and previous industry
standards. Presenting and demonstrating KPIs to stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to shape and model ground breaking
mobile monetisation.
Responsibilities:
Analysing live game data, KPIs and trends
Generating concise reports
Generate meaningful queries and actionable insights
Build market and product knowledge
Investigate new analytical systems and drive change and adoption
Requirements:
Absolute passion for numbers, data and business models
Understanding of common analytical tools
Expert ability in Numbers, Keynote, Pages (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Ability to confidently present to a varied group
