Well it looks as though 22Cans have gone dark again with only Muir and Aynen talking on the forums again. This has got to be the shortest period of communication from 22Cans ever. Wonder when they will talk to people again this time?

I was not aware we were in a communication stretch.

Those responsible for this "communication stretch" will be reprimanded.

I've just glanced over the Steam boards. 22Cans were fairly active after the initial release but it's been a couple of days since Midnight Bacon (is that Colin?) posted. I think their new communication strategy may involve: - Not posting outside of Steam - Not engaging in any discussion with 'trolls' (i.e. anyone posting anything negative, other than bug reports).
This is understandable, though it does contradict everything they've previously said about improved communications. I hope at the very least they are reading some of the feedback on these boards. People notice and call it out when 22Cans staff log in here so they've probably made new accounts or access the board as guests.

I don't think I've ever seen Colin involve himself in a substantive conversation about the game which makes him a very poor representative for gathering and passing on feedback. I'm not even sure if he has an affinity for PC gaming.

Further to my comment above, I don't think they accept the premise that engaging with the community is a valuable use of time or required of them.
