This just looks silly: This is just for two units. Hovering over each topic only gives you a disclaimer of how 22cans made more work for themselves with having to do more moderation because of this method, while anyone hoping to offer feedback gets to try to figure out which topic to post in by having to open each thread up. Normally, this would be something a developer would pay others to do, but here is a playtesting gig where those paying to do the testing have to do more work in just figuring out how to get through the "feedback process" that offers FAR more complexity than the game itself. This "conveniently" only leaves for ~2-6 topics visible on the first page of any of the forums so that 22cans may address "The Godus Wars team really appreciate the detailed feedback we have received." someday in the future.

Unsurprisingly, none of these confusing "Trebuchet" threads has any replies whatsoever. This is exactly in line with 22Cans approach to everything: somebody in the echo chamber has convinced everyone that something is a good idea (on paper) and then everyone pushes on ahead and blindly does it, with no regard for common sense.
There are so many other ways they could have solicited this kind of feedback without making such a horrible hash of it.

ATTN 22Cans: Concise, effective communication is a problem for you, but this can be very simple. You need just two pinned threads: "Trebuchet feedback" and "Archer feedback". In the first post of each, list the criteria you are particularly interested in. This will guide the discussion but still give people a bit of leeway outside of the strictly regimented questionnaire you presently have in place, which is off-putting and evidently not eliciting much interest.

Sometime in the distant future....
22cans: What do you mean "Godus didn't fulfill Kickstarter promises"!? We totally involved the community by asking for copious amounts of feedback, see?! I mean, come on, we had like, 18 trebuchet threads alone, it's not our fault no one wanted to participate...

I just noticed one of the threads actually does have some replies. It's the one asking for feedback regarding trebuchet "design". Does the design not include power, movement, grouping and levelling (these are the topics of the other threads)? I would assume it should, as does the only user who is participating in the active thread, 71.

I would assume it should, as does the only user who is participating in the active thread, 71. For having put such effort into all of those topics, 22cans certainly appear to be...missing out on an opportunity to really "appreciate the detailed feeback [they] have received". steamcommunity.com/app/422420/discussions/7/451852571445157339/If 22cans wanted feedback/discussion about the game as Simon claims in the "Premium Content" "apology" this thread would have more attention than just a passing answer, considering that is regarding one of the two units to be found so far in the game. There really isn't anything "mean" in those threads, so there's really no excuse for them to be in that condition after a couple of weeks. "The Godus Wars team really appreciate the detailed feedback we have received." Mmm-hmm. Free Zeta Testing and gauging how much blood is in the game seems to be more important than specific feedback like this: steamcommunity.com/app/422420/discussions/7/451852571445153513/#c405690850604631402

3 weeks and no reply to a couple of simple questions, in a thread they have pinned "so it's probably important"! It defies all logic. My ghast is well and truly flabbered.
