It's a show about some guy who has a (supposedly) brilliant idea for a software algorithm. He starts his own business in Silicon Valley along with a few other guys. They basically start off in a garage pretty much. The show is about all the perils they face along the way.

Watch the first two or three episodes. My guess is you'll either find it uninteresting or you'll be completely hooked.

It is indeed! I've just seen the first 3 eps of season 5. Haven't checked yet but I guess there might be more by now. Still loving this show, though a certain pattern appears to keep repeating.
