This Unreal engine you guys are working with, can anyone tell me how it compares to Unity in terms of accessability to a n00b?

I can say that it is less acessible as it requires ability to code.
It is more flexible and allows better optimisation, on the other hand.

Actually because of visual scripting, blueprints, it doesn't really require coding knowledge as much as just understanding the interactions between blueprint nodes.
It's technically demanding but can produce relatively good looking things with low barrier of entry, but Unity I've found is much more flexible for low/mid fidelity stuff.
As an artist, I've found Unity to give me more options to create 2D or 3D experiences, but Unreal I can really put the afterburners on higher quality assets or materials.
/personal experience only.

Do you mean technically demanding in the sense of personal skills or in the sense of hardware?

Mostly personal skills, I suspect. I mean, Unreal engine can run even on consoles.

Mostly personal skills, I suspect. I mean, Unreal engine can run even on consoles. So can Unity. More consoles, probably. But yeah, Unity supports C# and Javascript as scripting languages, and there's quite a few visual scripting solutions available on the Asset Store (Playmaker's probably the biggest). Unreal's visual scripting is builtin, but if you want to drop down into scripting it's C++ which is about as user-unfriendly as is possible in a language. I expect Unreal has something along the lines of Unity's Asset Store, but there's no way it's as rich.

There are a few ways you can do this. Cheapest way to do it is to skim the cylinder head. This'll give u a slight increase. For higher increments, you'll have to opt for high compression pistons. However, do take note that increasing the ratio from 9:1 to 12:1 might result in massive engine pinging (premature detonation). In the long (or short) run, it'll cause engine failure (read kaboom!). You'll also need to increase the fueling to prevent pinging.
