I like: Cats; single malt Scotch; Stargate; Amiga; fried potatoes; retro gaming; cheese; snickers; sticky tape.
I don't like: Dimples in the bottom of scotch bottles; Facebook games masquerading as godgames.
Steam: stonelesscutter
GOG: stonelesscutter

I'm about to commence the final battle. And this is what I'm bringing. Veterans will know which game it is.

The job is done. Global domination is mine! Not really a hard game, though the final level is significantly harder than all the others, they don't even come close. Still a bit of a cakewalk, if you're patient and take your time.

I was going to say I know that game but could not figure out which it was. I loved that game.

I was going to say I know that game but could not figure out which it was. I loved that game. It is Syndicate of course. One of the greatest Bullfrog games ever. Someone should really redo this whole game from the ground up with modern tech. And by that I don't mean make it first person. It should remain in essence a bird's eye view game but have actual 3D rather than isometric, with the ability to rotate the view of course. Terrain should be more destructable. I wanna fire a gauss gun at a building and see it collapse as you would in a blockbuster hollywood movie. Missions should be more diverse and intricate. Perhaps even networked multiplayer? More challenging, like risk you can both gain and lose territories depending on strategy. That would be the shit.

Check out *In best Syndicate voice at the top of my lungs* SATELLITE REIGN As with most games I have backed and have on steam I have not played enough of but it is beautiful and feels very much like Syndicate.

Thanks, it does sound very much like it's Syndicate-inspired. I must put it on my wishlist. The recommended specs are slightly above my laptop's specs though and I find 23 pounds a bit much to risk on something which has a fair chance of not working out too well.

Good to hear a positive review for it though.
