If anyone cares at this point...
As mentioned on Steam. it appears that the 22cans.com website has been redone and the forums are currently inaccessible/gone.
Also over on the Steam forums - it appears that Aynen thinks that he may have lost communication with Simon entirely
All of this leads me to believe that a comprehensive Godus update is just around the corner... any day now... soonus.

Just had a look at their new website (I'm a little behind - losing interest in the situation to some extend, which is exactly what 22Cans wanted and expected). Their headline game is now the Trail. Godus and Godus Wars feature but no mention is made of the Early Access status, and it's clear by omission that there is no intention to put any more resources into the development of these titles.
What I'm now waiting for is for the Early Access programme to get cleaned up. It's inevitable that this will happen and some point, and I bet that whatever happens will be hugely favourable towards the shit-eating, thieving developers who have squeezed out half-finished abandoware titles, but it's the only way we'll get anything approaching a just outcome.

Crumpy SixI really admire your tenacity and appreciate the fact that you still take the time to come around and post here. I can't be arsed to look into anything 22cans related anymore for myself. Only when someone else posts about them here will I read it.
