echocdelta, sporkedmango, Griffork, @petraopaque, terracoHi guys! Happy 2017! How are y'all doing down there? It's been quite a while since we've heard from any of you. As a matter of fact it's been well over 4 months since most of you even paid the forum a visit, let alone write a post, with the exception of sporkedmango of course, but even that was over 3.5 months ago. I don't want to be negative, but I'm sorta getting the impression that no-one cares anymore. Of course the forum is sorta dead as well. Frankly I've been rather bored with this forum myself. Maybe I'm way off mark and you guys are extremely busy with all kinds of stuff, in fact I expect you will be given that's the routine in the gaming industry, but it really feels like you've abandoned us. If that is the case, then so be it. I would hope though that you would at least do us the courtesy of telling us rather than just letting it hang like this. Did we do anything wrong? Things appeared to be going swell and then suddenly nothing. Best regards and best wishes for you all and your loved ones for the year ahead. Lord Ba'al

Happy 2017 God Games Boards! I hope you are all doing well, I apologise to you all. We have been busy, just with everything that isn't Genesis. We are getting back into the swing of things in the next couple of weeks, as we spin everything back up for 2017. Sadly, we do not have any updates on Genesis at this point, but I can possibly get you some information if you'd really want some Here is our recap of 2016: We showed off Genesis to a few press members and other in the local/international industry at PAX Aus 2016, and people loved it. They felt the project has a lot of potential. It was three long days of showing off Genesis, exhausting hours. The team however totally pulled through. Getting excited over our features such as: - Picking up and throwing the Nubs - The fireball miracle (everyone loves it) - Being a god of destruction At the start of December we showed it off at an event called Future Assembly, most people were there to check out Earthlight. Though, Genesis still got a lot of love, so much laughter from the attendees. To make up for this, if you would like, I can set up a Skype meeting or a Twitch live stream where you chat with us, get to know the team a little better, if there is interest from the people here on the boards. I didn't mean to make it feel like we abandoned you all, you've been such great support to all of us. I hope everyone here is well. Stay rad, Mitchell <3

Hi sporkedmango! Thanks for responding. I'm not sure how many people are still around reading this, but i'm sure what you suggest would be appreciated by those who are. It might be a pain to deal with the fact that everyone's pretty much spread out across all imaginable time zones. I'd certainly be interested in meeting the team members and learning about the goings on over there. Let's see who else responds! On a sidenote. I've gone through a phase of completely losing interest in the things i usually do on internet for probably well over 4 months, so i haven't kept myself up to speed with a lot of things, including my twitter and this forum. Perhaps it's time to change that. Sorry for my absence here everyone.

I love the idea of getting a Skype/Twitch window into the inner workings of the team and the development of Genesis.

Just doesn't seem interesting or important recently.
