Godus is not a god game. It is a life simulator.
You spend lots of time waiting to perform mindless repetitive tasks and have to deal with the consequences of decisions made by stupid people.
Stupid people who go out of their way to be smashed by giants.
The giants are an allegory for life issues such as basic math and personal hygiene .

Malfeasance thinks you're morally suspect.
