I just stumbled on this video of a man and woman singing on a Chinese talent show. I have no idea what they're singing about but I find them quite moving. Who are these people? I don't know because whatever text is displayed is in characters that I can't read. If anyone can help me find out that would be really sweet. I might want to see if they have an album coming or something.

It's some link that was in the comments on YouTube, but I noticed further down on that page where the video was again posted with the info added about who was singing the song. Scroll down a bit, you'll see 2 references to the vid with the singer's name added in. The strange thing is, that 2 names are given in 2 separate entries.
