I've put the results of all the matches so far in a spreadsheet to determine the most common results. This is what it looks like when you break it all down. Scores like 0-1 have been put in the 1-0 category and things like that. Obviously the 2-1 score is by far the most common result. Surprisingly the 1-1 score, which is definitely not an obscure result, has only occurred once over the total of 36 matches played so far.

The big thing there is the 3 goals on average per match. Very large number for what it is. Either demonstrates an excellent or a crap defence. Given the quality of most of the games so far, I'd say it's mostly the latter.
