Are we really to the point of picking apart the context and semantics of all George's posts now, no matter how benign? I think what mattered most was that the search function works NOW. But, anyhow... lol. It helps to actually turn the function on for it to work. Thanks again, Sir.

I do not limiting knick picking to just his posts. I'm an equal opportunities pedant.
In this case if it had been the first case i.e. search stopped working, I'd be concerned it might stop again and need another kick.

I, too, enjoy having the search function work, and work properly. So I get your purpose.

Quick question on the new forums, I see that is specifically labelled as "Godus for PC & Mac" as the kind of general discussion area. Are you going to include a separate "Godus for Mobile" section at some point (maybe to tie in with your world-wide mobile release)?

Is it just me, or are these new forums optimized for Mobile? The text is hard to read unless zoomed in, which is a telltale sign of mobile optimization. Old: New: New Zoomed 5x: Why not just use a mobile-specific URL to display your mobile content? Ditching desktop formats for no good reason, despite many people still using the internet via many devices other than mobile, is a current trend that really urks me to no end. Granted I have a 23" monitor, but that just supports my point.

Dunno, I have no issue reading the text, myself, the text on the site that's open on my browser doesn't look any smaller than your "old" image. Could the issue be in the browser you're using?

Yeah I suspect it might be a browser thing, as the text is completely fine for me and i'm also working on a 23" monitor (using chrome)

The fact of the matters is, I will be taking a very dim view of any body coming into the mobile boards to grief the commenters there.

Would you mind awfully reporting any issues you have with the new forum here? Forum Index > Support > Site FeedbackThat way it'll be MUCH easier for me to get those changes address by our webmaster.

I will but until I looked to the bottom of a screen I'd missed it...

I suppose, though I don't have the issue with any other site. I'm on Firefox 30, Win7 Pro. Haven't tried it in Chrome or IE, though. It's obviously my Firefox not displaying the site specific font correctly, as it looks fine in Chrome and IE; which means it's not directly related to my native screen resolution or font display settings in Win7. I'll either have to live with it and use zoom or an add-on to adjust the fonts on that page - or just use Chrome when I visit that forum (which is a pain, but at least it works).
BTW: If any of you have access to the Alpha section of the Backer forum, go skim through a few pages; it's a real eye opening page turner. Much of the feedback, suggestions, and complaints could still be applicable today. Which is also a bit disheartening. Granted a lot of it is also outdated and not compliant with the current model, either.

I hope all forms of constructive communication will be welcomed, especially on the mobile forum.

Does that mean if I post negative shit and the super duper positive people grief me for it you'll take a very dim view of that?

Im actually a mobile as well as PC GODUS player and I haven't been able to play the mobile game for weeks because I bought a sticker pack and it wiped my progress. I lost all my huts and all but 1 or 2 builders. I kinda thought there'd be a patch sooner after.
