I've been getting that too. Probably a hiccup in the system due to the switchover, but it is a bit frustrating.

Ah, I see that now. Wonderful. There use to be a problem with spammers in the Support forum, and we'd have to report it weekly to the team until someone would go in there and cull them out; which generally lasted only a few days and they'd be back. In some ways it actually helped keep the Support site active, so it's nice to see that they found the new forum; I was beginning to think they'd lost interest in the game...
