Okay, so in the first post I published on joining 22cans, I said: "I’ve been aware that we need to update the info on Godus’ store page on Steam so that it better reflects the content that’s currently in-game, as well as the direction of future content. That’s something I’d like to do this month."Well, I totally failed to get that done in May or even June, but I just put the update live now. I'd be most grateful to receive your feedback. Please understand that the copy still needs to be a sales pitch, but if you feel it's misleading in any way, then let me know and I can adjust it accordingly. I'm sorry but I'm unable to position the "About" text above the Opt-in info or patch notes - the tools I have available don't allow me to manually adjust the order of those items. Also, I do have five or six new screenshots that more accurately reflect the game in its current state that I want to upload, however the Steam store image uploader isn't working for me properly. I've e-mailed a contact at Valve and hopefully they'll be able to help me out with getting the new screens uploaded to Godus' storefront.

"In development for PC, Mac and mobile."
Looks good to me; it's chock full of informative goodness. It's as honest and succinctly to the point as you can make it, I suppose - even with the marketing lingo. It probably won't please many steadfast critics, but this one feels it's satisfactory for most, for now. Kudos.

It's probably me but I can't find what you're talking about at all. Do you have a link? I'm on the store page for Godus but I see no "About" nor "Opt-in" or "Patch notes".

I think he's referring to the ' Godus Opt-In on Steam' and ' How to Opt In to Developer Builds' on the Godus Steam Store Page? It's the second thing down, directly under 'Recent updates'. You don't see that? EDIT: NVM - George got to it first.

I don't have a problem with any of it really. Obiously it's pumped up to something that's far grander than it actually is, but that's the sales speech part.

I don't want to split hairs, this is a serious yet admittedly ignorant question, but can I assume this "you can sculpt every inch of a beautiful world that you look down upon" means that eventually ALL of the greyed out land outside the circles of influence will eventually be sculpt-able? Or will the min\maxing crowd be forever contained to procedurally generated polka-dots?

I'm pretty sure that by the time you've established a presence over the entirety of Homeworld, all layers a sculptable. However, I;ve not played that far so would be happy to adjust the text if you feel this is misleading.
