What do you mean? Peter is one of the founders and a director and the major(although not majority) shareholder in 22Cans.
From memory (which is going fast)
Demitery, Peter and Tim were founders and I think Jemma was also a significant shareholder. It's going back over a year though since I looked at that filing and it't on my other PC.
