It isn't a prob;em of technology. It isn't even an economical problem. It's a social problem that soon will destroy economy as a concept as economy will cease to be human domain. And our current model requires it to be human domain.

I actually think any job where you need to talk to people will be one of the last to go. Those jobs will be here until AI emerges because I'm not interested in talking to anything less than a fully fledged AI. So you should be good till approximately 2045.

Well, Marx would essentially become much more useful in that kind of environment, yes. After all, in his earlier works he talked about natural progression. Then again, human nature rejects socialism and communism and it's wy more likely that there will be some ~~slave~~ robot owners who will simply watch lots of people starve to geath while being defended fronm robbery with small cybernetic armies.
