Not sure if there are any other backers for PoE on these boards, but even if there aren't I'm fairly sure there are plenty of fans of these style of games.
So you folks might want to have a glance at this!
A few neat things to note (especially with regards to how a beta is being handled...).
- The beta key is seperate from their final release (for those that want a DRM free key).
- They have a specific scope of the beta and what style of information they desire.
- The beta is entirely spoiler-free, so anyone can participate without having their final game ruined for them.
- The beta is designed in such a way as to give players a good chance to try out all classes and properly test their respective mechanics.
You'd almost think that others could learn from all of that...
With regards to crowdfunding, early access, beta and customer service/interaction.
Oh and yes, its their 84th update. Funny how that goes if a dev actually tries to communicate.
