I think given the context that 22cans/Peter has upheld since the start, the idea of having an "evil god" was never really in the cards.
Peter prefering the idea of a 'naughty god' and that mostly against other players.
He gave a distinct impression that being "evil" to your own followers was a completely foreign concept to him.
