I'm sure many of you will have heard about Aliens: Colonial Marines and the disaster around its launch.
The game was VASTLY different from the originally shown concept and there just was a lot that was off about the whole ordeal.
Most people would expect that that was that. The game got launched, a few people got burned and end of story.
The reality appears to be quite different as there is an ongoing legal dispute around the whole ordeal.
I think it'll be interesting to see how this pans out and what consequences that will have for other companies that are somewhat creative in their marketing and how they 'pitch' their games.
