I have no idea what "Girl scout cookies are horribly anymore" is supposed to communicate. Is it missing a verb? Using the incorrect adjective? Is it trying to say that something is or isn't? If someone said this to me I would probably just look at them blankly wondering 'What on earth did I just hear?' Got no problem with people butchering grammar (although I do have my own pet peeves, but I recognise them as unimportant) so long as I'm able to understand what's trying to be said, but I honestly don't understand that sentence. In fact, if someone could open my eyes to the meaning, that would be awesome. If you look at the word "anymore" as "nowadays" it means Girl Scout cookies are horrible nowadays. www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=anymoreI would assume, from the link, that what we have here is a colloquialism specific to the midwest? Have honestly never heard "anymore" being used like this. Also, while I agree that "anymore" and "nowadays" could be seen as synonymous in certain contexts, the addition of "horribly" rather than horrible just adds confusion to the sentence. Thanks for clearing up the meaning, though, much appreciated.

Q... your English is so bad.
Feel free to take the literal meaning of bad as bad or 'slang' meaning as good.
To answer original question I would not know what the speaker meant.

Would rather not be considered "against" anyone. As far as I'm concerned if Qetesh is able to understand the sentence then it's all good in the hood. Just wanted to emphasize that I myself didn't understand the sentence.

Yeah off course, you guys are not against her (unless you want to be ), but last night me and her had a somewhat intense discussion about it and so she sort of pushed me to post about it. So I do see it as a bit of friendly competition between me and her.

It's in instinct. And what society would be better than the Internet, with its ease of access and census of being at least able to think verbally?

(Serious bit...) Normally the word 'anymore' used in this way is to indicate that something has changed, but in normal flow it usually follows a negated statement. e.g.
"Since they started adding MSG, these girl scout cookies are not tasty anymore; (but they are addictive!)" "They don't give refunds on meat products anymore."
So, I think the way the word is used here is correct, at least enough that communication can be made, though for better flow I'd replace it with a similar word that naturally follows an unnegated statement, e.g.
"These girl scout cookies are horrible nowadays."
Disclaimer: Not an English major ;-)
