I'm in Weyworld, but I see myself eventually getting bored and only signing in every now and then. I've been known as an enthusiastic person, but even then I will get bored playing what at times may seem like a land sculpting game.
So what will happen to my followers? Will they all get converted to Astari and if so, what is the rate?
I suppose I can burn down all the Astari villages, but what happens to the happiness bar then? If the smiley face gets too low, do they all get depressed and simply disappear?

It was roughly 10% I think, from memory in PC - though I'm seeing oddities now in my droid game, where I lost 2 the first insta-festival, and on the next few a total of 21 have migrated a couple or 6 at a time - from their 1000 starter that's an odd percentage so I think the player to astari happy bar is having an effect, though from my perspective the AI cheats, just prior to festival they have low and me high, then at the festival point they go up and up and up...
In my post astari PC world I seem to lose about 1/4 of my happiness bar from the world I was last playing in, and about 1/2 that in the one which was not active when I shutdown. Seems to be the case after a couple of hours or days, not left it longer than that thus far.

Hmm... I guess that means my only choice is to either:
1) Burn all the Astari 2) Come back to an empty town
If anything I'm doing Option 1. But I suppose I'm still amused for now.

Happiness will still dip sans astari but at least your population is slightly less likely to vanish. I say slightly only because I occasionally seem to find my body count lower than expected due to death or whatever...
