I just wanted to say I am a really big fan of FuriousMoo and I really hope he will Kickstart his own project some time in the future. I've been impressed with his candid and honest statement as well as his obvious passion for games and gamers.
If you read this though, it's incredibly noble what you have done, trying to work your way in and safe the rat-infested sinking ship of Godus, but I don't think it can really be saved and my guess is that working with 22Cans and the overall attitude going around there, especially at the management levels will just be a frustrating experience for a guy like you. You would deserve better, a company that actually cares about its game and one who appreciates passionate gamers and developers like yourself.
Anyhow, you are probably going to sit this one out, so best of luck and I hope this experience will earn you enough credit to allow you to do what you really want in the future.

Well said. We hope this mess hasn't injured FuriousMoo in any way - that is not the intent behind our actions - and we also applaud and commend him for being the Dev that the community needs and deserves. We also hope, maybe when things cool off, Konrad feels welcome and comfortable enough to continue communing here with us. He's an A++ person in our books (and that Raspofabs character, too. )

Konrad has carried himself like and honest indie developer should and I hope Peter learns from him instead of reprimanding him.

I agree with all of the above. Two top notch citizens of the gaming industry. I hope you both go far, gentlemen.

I like: coding, high peat single malts, ... , yeah, that's about it.
I don't like: object oriented design, and liver.

I really truly wish you the best, no matter where you end up. Your passion and drive for knowledge, and taking challenges head-on, is inspiring. But don't ever, ever let it go to your head - we all see where that leads - stay grounded and humble, mate.

I through my support behind Raspofabs, FuriousMoo, and the others that have left 22Cans. I know you all tried your best in-spite of the leadership you have/had.

I don't, I like the Guildford and Woking area. Would like to go indie though. O the irony. I mean proper indie where I don't have a million pounds to start the company, and don't have a million people who already know about me and will buy anything I make as long as it had my name on it, and where I would be the sole developer, and where if it all fails, I could actually hurt my family.

Sooooo, you want a life that's the game dev equivalent of "Papers, please."
