Godgames | tech issue

When I'm doing heavy sculpting I use to turn graphics lvl down to make it run smoother and when I wasn't I would turn it back up. The last time I did this afterwards apparently the option was removed as I can no longer change it back because the button is completely gone. Is this a game wide change or is mine broken I emailed 22cans tech support twice but never received a response back.
