Hi is there any way to get more chests with stickers in (apart from paying) I can't progress unless I finish some cards but keep checking the island and only rarely get a new chest. Is there any way to repeat the voyage? im loving this game, but it's got a bit dull now I can't do anything else.
im playing on ipad
thanks

From what I understand, when a storm rolls through it will "uncover" more chest. So it is pretty much a waiting game.

What Deth said. At least that's the way it was when I last played it, which was a long time ago.

I get a storm every time i play. But hardly ever a chest Maybe a storm only leaves new chests when the existing chests have been dug up. There could be chests hidden somewhere where you haven't been able to find them yet. I remember the last time I played I uncovered a bug where the twirly indicators for buried chests didn't always show up.

Yes I've had that. But to the best of my eyesight the only chests left are those under the sea section that I can't sculpt yet - because I haven't got the stickers. Oh the irony!

Maybe storms adding chest is a PC only thing?

I think there is a bug where chests do get spawned in the gray areas, but you should be getting a few (maybe well buried or in awkward locations). I'm playing on PC and iOS and they do get respawned on both by storms (maybe frequency is less on iOS, hard to say).

Storms from chests is mobile and PC. Not quite straight in my head yet what the deal with cards for more and less storms is either but that's not the issue. If you do not collect a particular chest because you cannot due to levels of sculpting or underwater or both, it will hang around until you do. I cannot say for sure that it means that the storm triggered chest does not appear elsewhere, but few of my map areas show clusters of chests, i.e. its typically one spot for a chest, which unless (or even if I build on it) will continue to provide new chests. Where I've built on it typically appears close to (sometimes under) abodes.
I have belatedly collected from previous unaccessible chests and got 1 miserable 1 sticker out where new shiny gave 2 or 3 or 4 whatever the active level of reward was so I had to believe these were the old chests with the old reward level in them.

Maybe storms adding chest is a PC only thing? Storms add chests on Desktop and Mobile. A new chest is supposed to spawn each time there is a storm.

... if not terribly random really. By that I mean there does appear to be a certain amount of affinity for the point of appearance.

Hi guys can I add here pls ?.
99% of time my chests are in the same place, I used the creat More storms card, makes people unhappy but drop more cards, I've 499 spare stickers on world 2 and only the follower limit to reach.also Lots of chests not dug up yet because I can't see the point or a use for them. Am I missing something ? What to do with all these stickers. Android version

Well... you could stick em on your wall. I don't think there is any use for them if you have already unlocked all the cards.

I heard that the more you sculpt around the edge of your map, the more you change the current and therefore frequency of storms. On Homeland generally six chests reappear in around the same place and four eventually become under water. Once in Weyworld, four chests appear after every storm on the high levels of the left by the mining land.

I restarted my game after a cloud database crash, so I've been seeing whether wisdom on a second attempt gets through the game faster.
The first thing I did, was upgrade Meteor twice, to make them Tunguska sized events. (They wipe out most of a screen) This means it's more tricky to surgically dig out deep chests using meteors. I did one chest fine, but then meteor power was still on, and I wiped out half my coast, including 6 lodges. :-( Stupidly, I sculpted it back again, at a cost of 300K belief.
Once you have mega meteors, you can flatten all the mountain terrain down to beach level and stick lodges all over it. The game is not really designed to be played this way, so you end up waiting around for these stupid chests. I upgraded chests to 2 stickers, but the blue chests still only have one in them.
Weyworld (Android) had a storm EVERY time I restarted the game, predictably, about 3 minutes into the game. This does not happen on the Homeworld.
PS: strategically, you don't need most of the early powers. You can move to Weyworld, where everything is bigger, and you end up with 200 spare stickers. Then sail back to the Homeworld, when you get bored, waiting for 3400 ore to start one of the insane beacons. Then you can complete all those stupid powers that you never needed.
PPS: sailing back top Homeworld should only be done it you are truly bored, or forgot to complete Mine for Gems power, like I did.

"so we spent months mining those 3400 units of ore, what do you suppose they did with it?" "Apparently they used it to repair that becon over there." "One becon? That becon? Not all the becons? That is a lot of ore for just one fucking becon" "Apparently" "So what does the becon do now it's finished?" "Not much, but now we can reach the next becon." "Wait, wait, let me get this straight we mined 3400 ore to fix this becon just so we can walk over there and repair another becon?" "Yup." "So we need to mine another 3400 ore to fix the next becon?" "Nope, this one takes 6800." "Now that makes no fucking sense, these becons look exactly the fucking same. There is no room for that much ore." "Don't look at me I don't make the rules." "So who says we have to fix these becons?" "God apparently. He pulled me over here with his leash." "Really? Couldn't he just finish it himself with his God powers?" "No apparently he can't make ore, nor use it to repair the becon." "What can he do?" "He can make meteors, do that rain of purity thing we see sometimes, move the land about but not raise it higher than it already is nearby, plant flags and fountains and stuff. Oh, and he can make you jump in the pit of doom. That is about it." "Oh yeah Johnny had to jump in there last week, seemed really excited about it." "So he can do all that stuff but not fix the becon." "Nope. He can speed us fixing the becon up with gems though." "How does that work?" "I have no fucking idea." "How does he get gems?" "Well the way they tell it down at the pub it's the pit of doom or he can buy them with something called US dollars. Apparently you can just short cut all the ore gathering and building by just using these dollars to buy gems which speed everything up." "So everything we do is pointless and can be substituted for paper money? Who comes up with this shit." "No idea, some muppet."
