I own all the original games on disk, as well as on GoG, so I'm fairly excited by this. They seem to want to recapture the original nostalgia, while bringing in some new and "unique" modern stuff - they're even looking into a possible VR/AR adaptability. I backed it. |

Yes, i am very excited but i won't back it. I would have backed for 20$/25$ but there are no rewards that justify to risk the money. I can buy the game for 5$ in the next Steamsale after Release (or Early Access Release). I would never back a game for more than 50$ anymore. I have learned from backing Godus. If i look at the Kickstarter, they are at 750-800K 24 hours before end. Compare it to Godus - they got almost the same amount and had to sign a publisher contract 4 months later. Maybe they make it to 1m or 1.25m but that doesn't matter. I was called an idiot because i backed Godus, and maybe they were right. Will never happen.

Backed it for $25. Had really good experiences on Kickstarter with Shadowrun Returns, Elite Dangerous and Wasteland 2 - I don't expect this to be any different. Possibly better, even!
