Hey guys, I'm new here but not new to Godus. I've been playing since it was first released. completed (got as far as I can) on PC, then iPad, got rid of my iPad and now completed on my Hudl.
I was bored, so wanted to try the opt-in and haven't seen any post anywhere about it
When I entered the code on steam I thought it hadn't worked, then started getting these blue chests pop up. There were about 15 or so that when opened showed little snippets of the story that I guess is the story behind all this in prep for the up-coming update. It took about 5/6 days of solid searching for these damn chests because of the bug that buries chests under settlements and they were also spawned everywhere and sporadically unlike usual chests which are easy to find, I've eventually found them all now and know the back story.
Is there anything else in opt-in that I'm missing? I was expecting it to be buggy as heck and for things to be a bit more different. I kinda expected an opt-in update every week or so, so we could help with identifying bugsz which I thought was the whole point.
I'm actually not a fan of the combat (I'm a lover, not a fighter) but regardless I'm excited. I just want more beacons to expand, more land to play with, more goals and cards etc to obtain so I can finally use my over 100 stickers just chillin'!
Excuse the fact I'm a newb at discussion forums and please point me in the direction of a thread on opt-in if there is one as I'm clueless
