I call upon whoever has a twitter account to help bring this new hashtag to life. Whenever someone does something stupid or royally fucks something up, tweet about it with the hashtag #madeagodus. For example, a football player fumbles an important pass: "Can you believe that guy fumbling that pass in that game last night? He sure #madeagodus!". A politician says something stupid: "I can't believe he #madeagodus like that". You get the idea. Let's get to work people!

I was about to #makeagodus and curse you Lord Ba'al for your use of fumbling in relation to football, but I realise we have a lot of members from the American side of the pond on these boards and don't want to start the whole soccer/football debate. I will now climb back into my box.

It turns out it's not just those pesky Americans that fumble the balls. Apparently they also do it in Ireland and Australia.

I will now climb back into my box. In my opinion, football is much better than football.

Do you detect any potential undertones?

I'm not sure what you mean. Do you detect any potential undertones? What I meant was... does #madeagodus imply that it wasn't an innocent mistake, but an intentional fubar born out of <ignorance/stupidity/arrogance/etc>?

"Pulled a Molyneux" has changed a bit over time, too. Then there are these entries, notice the submit dates: www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=MolyneuxPeter really jumped the nuked fridge on a shark of his own previous reputation to include lying to abuse crowdfunding. GoadUs/GoatArse/GotUs/"Got Ass?" certainly is the product of that new definition of what Molyneux has become.

I think #madeagodus should include all kinds of things like lying, cheating, misleading, blundering, fucking up, doing something stupid, overpromising, hyping, you name it.

I just sent the first two tweets out into the world. #madeagodusI will retweet any tweet with the hashtag that isn't downright unsensible.
