I've wore my signed T-shirt once, when I was painting the drawing room. When the kitchen extension is complete I will get a lot more use out of it, might even wear it for the tiling/grouting if I take that on myself. I guess Sam/Peter never heard of a permanent marker? My "Kill you idols" T-Shit which is signed by Axel, Slash and Duff has survived a washing cycle (although the girlfriend who put it through didn't!) Okay, couple of questions. What's a t-shit? Who made it? How do you get someone to sign one? How do you wash it? Why would you wash it?

I think the idea of the printed T-shirt is that it can be mass marketed and sold at a later time to anyone and so another backer reward that is not quite so special.

Who made it? How do you get someone to sign one? How do you wash it? Why would you wash it? It was a dead Kennedys T-Shit (The one Axel made famous). It was pure luck, when they were doing the use you illusion's/ the get in the ring mother fcuker tour, a friend of mine was a producer doing a interview for soul asylum(support band) for MTV (indirectly). He blagged me a pass and while we were waiting we saw GNR being interviewed so grabbed to opportunity. It did have "tour damage" I dyed my hair blood red, but with semi permanent die. It never occurred to me that it would mostly come out after a few hours sweating in the front few rows. Obviously I never washed it and it sat in the wardrobe but came home one day to find it hanging on the line in the bathroom...

Despite the signatures being printed, I consider my Godus shirt the best thing I got so far from this KS.

Despite the signatures being printed, I consider my Godus shirt the best thing I got so far from this KS. It a very low bar though... Had I been able to make it down to Guildford the night they made it and got a slice of Pizza, the T-Shirt would be a distant second to the slice of pizza and plastic cup of coke in terms of best thing I got out of them...
