I have one burning question. What is the idea behind an NDA for a project that has promised to be "open" and "communicating" from the get-go? Has there been an explanation behind that? How can you maintain an open community and really engage with your customers when you are being gagged by an autograph on a piece of paper? That is a very good point! I think I shall ask that question for you on the questions for Matthew thread on the 22Cans forum. Very much appreciated

I don't think they ever even knew they were going to have to sign one. I looked at all the levels of backing and don't think I saw anything about an NDA if I backed that tier. I would have to ask a higher level backer if this was something thrown on them in order to get that level of 22cans involvement that was promised to them in those tiers.

They were given more access than us other backers and so since they got the REAL info they had to sign the NDAs. This put an ugly in my mouth when I heard that. Why, if we other backers were being given info, would we not have been asked?

We have some posts on here from one of the Gods of Gods level backers that tells you that they had to sign one and they are not Mods.
From what I understand is they backed gobs of money of money and so were allowed IN actual weekly meetings and so required to sign these NDA agreements but yet as other middle tier ( still quite high) backers well above just being Alpha were told we would have direct access to this knowledge and information and input but did not need those NDA agreements. Let common sense fill in the rest.

The NDA originally wasn't part of the deal, it was once I got access to Zendesk, and internal memo's that I had to sign it.
From there on, Sam became more open to me as well. Telling me more than the other augur.
I am also going to stop visiting this forum now. It feels like most people are just miffed about Godus, and are not happy the way things are going. A rince-repeat of last year.
I can't deal with that shit now. Bye.
