Look, there are many questions left, and perhaps here I can answer them. I cannot say most things, not because of the NDA alone, but also because many other forum people on the 22cans forum, would get confused.
You guys are smart, so I think I can answer a whole lot more than I could as moderator at the 'official' forum.

Why is Sam v. Tilburgh leaving 22Cans?
This is one of the few that's technically not up to me to answer. So I won't. If you want to know, ask Sam himself.
Why did we not get news updates for over three months?

Why is Peter Molyneux taking this route?
He isn't, sort off. Peter is not the only one on the board. He is indeed one of the main investors, but it's not fully his choice where to go. There are more on the board, like Mister Murphy, and he likes money.

Why Peter Murphy is quite the derp?
According to my personal opinion, he is self centered, and intent on gaining profit, instead of a good product. His interaction with fellow employees, in comparison with other people, is less than stellar.

Sort off, but in short, I cannot talk about 'privacy related things that can be directly correlated to 22cans'. Such as, financial information, release information, news releases that have not been released, internal mails, or other such which can come across my eyes.
I had the thing backed up on Google Drive, but I seem to have lost it, Oh Well. It was a reasonably standard NDA. Google NDA, replace {company} by 22Cans Ltd. and that's it, sort off. Oh, and my 'job' counts at freelance volunteering.

Who is on the Board?
I can only state that for certain, about Peter Murphy. The other two are guesses, but most likely true. Peter Molyneux, and Jemma Harris. There are, according to what I hear from Sam, at least two other people on the board (the amount of people whom he has meetings with.) But who they are, I cannot confirm. Though I am certain there is a way to figure out. Though it probably requires a small fee. All companies are required to register themselves. There is always a list of employees somewhere, with their 'rank'.
Why haven't we heard about this P. Murphy before?
I cannot answer this one. I do not know. I expect he just doesn't want to handle customers.

I have no idea, but I believe someone said something about an interview that Peter Molyneux had, and his aim window was march?

Because the beta went out soon after?.. In honesty, I do not know.
Why did 22Cans want to open alpha access?
To have more people play the game, to get a larger test group. It really was that simple.

I had posted a screenshot of Godus on Twitter. Sam contacted me shortly after, telling me to please remove it, as screenshots weren't being shared yet.
After I removed it, he asked if I had time later on for him, as he intended to contact me either way. And thus we went on Skype.
Sam had explained that the forums did need moderators, as it was getting a bit much for himself alone. He offered me the position. First, I freaked out. At that time I was still super excited about the game, and was somewhat sad I couldn't afford to back higher, so I could join those 'monthly meetings'. Oh how I would have loved that, and now, here someone of 22Cans contacts me!
Once I had calmed down, and a 'short' interview to get to know me, and explain the basics, I was asked to make an additional account, and there I went.
All augurs were selected on 'invite', no-one solicited for the position (as far as I know).
