The website thing. Can't go into too much details, but basically our forums were flooded with spam, our host detected this and killed the site. Site is obviously back up, but theres work being done to the forums to tighten the security. Or something along those lines.
Here's a fun little mystery though. A while back we received a piece of weird mail. An envelope containing 3 blank sheets of white paper. No return address or anything to indicate who sent it. We then hear of another developer who received the exact same letter and suffered a similar problem. The calling card of a mysterious serial spam fiend? You decide......

I guess someone has a problem with Kickstarter/Early Access developers? (I can only assume that this "other developer" sits in the same boat as you guys.)

That was probably just some one who's mom taught him well. You know "If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything." So I guess he just had 3 pages of nothing to say, my guess would be in size 8 font, edge to edge, on both sides.

The notorious blank paper spammer. Have you tried holding the blank papers over a heat source? Or carefully treating them with lemon juice as in National Treasure?

"According to Molyneux, it was this preoccupation with money that fundamentally damaged Godus – the F2P reimagining of Populous that garnered widespread critical derision." Ya think? More Yakkity Sax worthy Interview material

Such bullshit, it wasn't kickstarter that forced him to release early on steam early access, iOS and android. If there was a preoccupation with money it was his. It's always someone else's fault. What about the fact he promised things he couldn't deliver on a budget he likely knew was less than he needed. No wonder then that he came up short both in terms of resources and capability.

Oh and every time he mentions gamma it pisses me off. Peter the game doesn't even deserve to be called alpha at this stage. You haven't even figured out what kind of game it is except that you want to milk money off vulnerable people via free to play.

I think someone found the design document Jack lost in the subway and sent it back.

Was quite disappointing when nothing happened.

Anyone has the kindness to tell me what are these black ore/rocks that prevent sculpting? (not the gems)

Wouldn't a comet be significantly larger than a meteor and potentially destroy the entire planet?
