The Twitter Trending Hype for "Fallout 4" It's rumored that possibly TWO announcements regarding something Fallout related are in the works; FALLOUT 4: A Second Announcement Inbound?! - "Fallout 4.1"? The Tweet from Alanah Pearce @charalanahzard and one from Ian Miles Cheong @stillgray Here's the images in the email:  Initial ideas are that it's possibly a GOTY Edition, or a DLC, or possibly some companion mobile game/app. My money is on a DLC, hence the "4.1" version marker. Actually that happens often when I post or edit a posted link from my mobile; something doesn't load right, and when a url is missing from the href (or, in this case, it drops the http:// prefix) it just default loops to the post. I'm not sure I have the heart (read: balls) to tell her I'm serious. To me this would be like her favorite band making an live tour/album announcement: it's a big fucking deal she'd hate to miss, and probably skip work for... If she worked. |

Ahhh, might be good news, indeed! I told Pete I'd be waiting until they had something to show before really pestering him, so...here goes.  Of course I'll share any tidbits I find. Me, love this setting and series? *looks at own Steam profile and 1,997 hours played for NV alone (3 was across 3-4 different profiles)* 1997? This image from the email mentioned above is just weird to me. It's very mysterious, with much speculation... but nobody seems to understand it's meaning. Lot's of theories, but nothing tangible. This is what the Fallout players love, a good viral ARG. I wish they had done more leading up to it. What is the significance of the words "OH HAI THERE" And why is there a bird with a mohawk and an eyepatch/sunglasses? |
