They still have a critical failure in their sale. They only sell games. They don't sell Planetarian, neither with discount nor without it.

Of course, that sounds partially weird, and perhaps I'm still under the influence, but it's one of the best books I've ever read in my life, if not the best. It's short, it's small, yet it has everything - post-apocalypse, despaired protagonist, "1 grenade launcher 3 cartridges", "There will come gentle rains"-style robotic planetarian, the dream lost to humanity, The Three Laws of Robotics, "unknown bug of self-diagnostics", known "bug" of behavioral protocols...

Anyone ever played any of the Eschalon Saga games? I don't think I'd ever heard of them, though they look interesting but get mixed reviews.
I ask because they're in a bundle sale on GoG; are they worth $6?

Of course it'll probably have ended by the time anyone reads this...

Yeah...I think that may be related to Take-Two having ownership over the Civ series, whereas those may be owned by EA? In which case Take-Two hasn't signed on with GOG yet, so none of their titles (as far as I'm aware) are available through them. Really frustrating if you ask me, but they're an iffy company in general where DRM and PC is concerned, given how Rockstar kinda does its own crazy BS while Firaxis is pretty lax, whereas Irrational was kinda nasty with SecuROM on the first two Bioshock games at first.
