Presumably at some point Ba'al will head north? Yes, he will arrive in Belfast the day before me.

Have no fear. I reign supreme. Oh, I get it now. Your plan is to claim the Iron Throne and rule over the seven forums!

Arrived in Belfast a few hours ago. At first the bus driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel. We had to get a taxi to go to the right one. Hotel room is small and unimpressive. The bathroom is a plastic cabin in the corner of the room. The light in the bathroom is continuously flickering rather annoyingly. If I had epilepsy I would definitely have had a seizure. Took a dump and the toilet didn't flush. The shower seems to be leaking water on its own sometimes. I had to get a voucher at the front desk to get the access code for the wifi. Apparently I have to get a new one every day since it's valid for only 24 hours. The wifi is non-encrypted by the way. I went outside for a smoke. Beforehand the lady at the front desk had informed me that the card reader that opens the front door doesn't work, so I'd have to ring the doorbell. I was outside for a little while. There were some other people. We wanted to go in so rang the bell. Nothing happened. We stood there for over five minutes and rang at least 7 times. I walked over to the window hoping to attract the attention of the barkeeper who was standing right next to the reception desk. All he did was stare in front of him with a straight and uninterested look on his face. It wasn't until we knocked on the window for the fourth time that he decided to spring into action. Earlier I had been standing at the front desk for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come. He was just standing at his bar with his signature stare. Then he came walking over to me, acknowledged me and said sorry. Someone came walking over to use the card machine to pay for drinks. He helped her and then left leaving me standing there. And of course he commenced his straight face stare again. Gotta be both the lousiest bartender and lousiest hotel staff member I have ever seen. By far! What a shit hole.

Apart from this Belfast appears to be quite nice though.

Until I googled Belfast I thought you're talking about CIS.

We don't even have our house here yet, but I am really starting to love Belfast. The people here are so damn amazing. This is like the perfect place for a extrovert like me.

Got to meet Stuhacking tonight. Awesome dude. I probably hurt his ears from talking too much (that is me) but he took us to a few super cool places and we had a great time. Yay the Godus community !!
I am just loving Belfast more and more, the more time we are here.
Still looking for our place, fingers crossed for a Monday viewing.

We've been to the oldest pub in Belfast. Founded in 1630.

There is a major downfall to staying with a church across the street here. The church is massive and it seems to have a funeral almost every week. On top of the noise the mass of people make, it is damn depressing. Today they had one with bagpipes. I can't wait to get our new home.

They will also bury more quickly that elsewhere in the UK. I've had difficulty previously managing to organise flights back home to attend funerals!
